Check-in and parking of the vehicles will take place from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. The vehicle staging and check-in area will be in the parking lot behind the shops on Alisal Road (See the map below). From Highway 101 travel east on Highway 246 into Solvang and turn right on Alisal Road. Follow the signs to the staging area. From Highway 154 travel west on Highway 246 through Santa Ynez and into Solvang. Turn left on Alisal Road and Follow the signs to the staging area. Your parking space in the event is pre-assigned so arriving at check-in before 6:30 AM is not necessary.
Please bring the confirmation letter you receive in the mail with you. It will help make the registration check-in process go faster.
In consideration for the residents surrounding the Staging/Check-in area, we ask that you keep engine noise level down as much as possible when entering and exiting this area.
Reminder: To avoid disruptions during the awards ceremony, we ask that you do not start your vehicle or leave the Car Show display area until the awards ceremony is completed.

PRE-SATURDAY MORNING TRAILER OFFLOAD AND TRAILER PARKING
From Hwy 246, turn south onto Alisal Road and proceed south past Oak Street to the Solvang Village Square trailer off load area (see map below). After your vehicle has been offloaded, take your truck and trailer to the assigned parking area at the end of Elverhoy Ct.
SATURDAY MORNING TRAILER OFFLOAD AND TRAILER PARKING
